This Privacy Policy explains which personal data Noctua Travel collects, why, and how it is used and protected when you visit our website or contact us about a trip.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the data you provide yourself: name, e-mail address, phone number, and the content of your message (e.g. preferred dates, number of travellers, destination). We do not collect payment card data through the website.
We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a travel offer, and, if you proceed, to organize and carry out your booking. We do not use your data for purposes other than those stated here without your separate consent.
Your data is processed on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the contact form, and, once a booking is made, on the basis of performing the contract concluded with you.
Our contact form is processed through the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message to our e-mail inbox; Web3Forms processes the data solely for this purpose and does not use it otherwise. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Where a specific trip requires it (e.g. accommodation booking, transport), the necessary data is shared with the relevant service provider for the purpose of organizing that trip.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to respond to you and, if a booking follows, until the trip and our business relationship are completed, after which it is retained in line with accounting and legal obligations. Data from enquiries that do not result in a booking is deleted within a reasonable period if no longer needed.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, the right to object, and the right to data portability.
